butter....

Had some left over heavy whipping cream from the attempted brownie incident, so decided to make butter!

  1. It was really good, though more moist then expected, but was much better the next morning. Lightly salted.

  2. I have a lot of respect for the women (that's not sexist, is it?) that used to churn butter. This took a pretty long time even with an electric mixer on high. But it's delicious!
